Barcelona draws against Atletico paves the way for Real Madrid to win the title.
Lionel tried his best to get a goal but to no luck. Atletico played well at the Camp Nou but couldn’t capitalize on its chances, with Luis Suarez unable to break through with a goal against his former club..
Barcelona again lost the chance to lead the La Liga title race.Leo Messi tried his best to ht the back of the net but to no use.Lionel Messi had some of the few chances for Barcelona, his best near the end of the first half after a great run past defenders. But his shot was saved by Oblak. Messi’s 90 minute free kick just missed the post.
In the end this match will benefit their rivals Real Madrid in the title race. Real can either benefit from this or else the title race will remain the same.
Atletico now stand two points clear of Barcelona but if Madrid wins tomorrow they can get on the top and maybe go on to win the league. If Atletico bottle this La Liga it’ll be the saddest thing for all their fans as they had a great start this year.
Real Madrid will play 4th place Sevilla tommorow and if they lose or draw that match it will keep the title race almost.
