These two players are too young to have big numbers when it comes to personal stats as they are yet to hit their prime. The overall career G/A stats suggest that they are quite close but Jadon has scored more goals in his pro career compared to Fati who was also injured for most of the time in the last season.

These two youngsters are not the luckiest when it comes to winning titles even though their teams are known for winning big titles. Sancho won the German Cup, the German Super Cup with Dortmund and U-17 World Cup with England but is yet to lift anything with Manchester United. Fati is yet to make his mark internationally. The player is too young and he will get more chances to prove himself. The player made a goal and an assist in the UEFA nations league. It would be wrong to judge Fati on this stage when he did not get the right exposure internationally.
It is a task for Southgate to choose the perfect XI from the number of talents he has on the bench. Jadon Sancho did get to play for England but did not win anything major yet in his international career.
